There are two types of alloy foils commonly used in the market, namely 8011 aluminum foil and 8021 aluminum foil. Which uses casting rolling mill, hot rolling mill, aluminum foil rough and finishing rolling mill, annealing furnace, slitting machine etc. The surface of medicinal aluminum foil requires no oil stains, no bright crystals, no black lines, no pinholes, no yellow spots, no lotus leaf edges, etc.
During the production process. the control of surface and performance mainly includes as following: Firstly, we must control the quality from the source and strictly check the billet. Secondly, then during the rolling process, through the cleaning of the casting roller and the control of the roughness, the selection of the rolling oil, the reduction of the viscosity of the rolling oil, and the control of the speed of the machine to control the surface quality in other aspects. Thirdly, again, during the slitting process, to ensure that the edge of the aluminum coil is neat when slitting, and quality issues such as lotus leaf edges cannot occur. Finally, in the annealing process, according to the performance requirements of the medicine foil to control the annealing time and annealing temperature to ensure the oil removed completely.
With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, medicinal aluminum foils through excellent moisture resistance, barrier properties, chemical resistance, chemical stability, hygiene, application proportions are rising, the appearance and quality requirements are getting higher and higher, and the market prospects are very bright.
